A minimum booking amount/token payment is required at the time of confirmation to secure the package.
50% payment of the total package cost must be deposited after confirmation of the booking.
Remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared at least 21 days prior to the departure date.
All payments are subject to hotel, flight, and land package availability at the time of booking confirmation.
In case of any last-minute booking, full payment may be required immediately to confirm the services.
Any increase in airfare, hotel charges, taxes, or currency fluctuation before departure shall be borne by the guest.
Payments once made are subject to the cancellation policy and may be partially/non-refundable depending upon supplier terms.
Booking vouchers and travel documents will be issued only after receiving full and final payment.
Any special request such as early check-in, late check-out, room preference, adjoining rooms, honeymoon arrangements, or any additional service must be informed at least 24 hours prior to departure/travel date.
Please note that all special requests are strictly subject to availability and final confirmation will be provided as per hotel and supplier policies in Thailand.

Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid travel documents including passport, visa, confirmed tickets, and hotel vouchers.
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Thailand Immigration Authorities.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges.
Hotel standard check-in/check-out timings must be followed as per hotel policy.
Any unused services, meals, sightseeing, or transfers are non-refundable.
Sightseeing tours and transfers will operate as per the itinerary only.
In case any sightseeing/activity is closed due to weather conditions, government regulations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, no refund shall be provided.
Rates may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, hotel surcharge, or government taxes.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. The company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicle, or cruise during the stay shall be directly payable by the guest.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all international travelers.
Any additional expenses arising due to flight delay, cancellation, natural calamity, political disturbance, or unforeseen situations shall be borne by the guest.
Consumption or carrying of prohibited items/drugs is strictly prohibited and subject to Thailand laws and regulations.
The company reserves the right to amend the itinerary in case of operational requirements or unavoidable circumstances.
By confirming the booking, guests agree to all the above terms and conditions.
This package includes 2 Adults, 1 Child, and 1 Infant, and the package cost has been calculated on a combined basis.
Please note that no separate charges have been applied for the infant in this package. Therefore, no dedicated seat allocation can be claimed for the infant during any transfer, sightseeing, or transportation services. Infant seating arrangements will be managed on a sharing basis with accompanying adults as per vehicle capacity and supplier policy.
