A minimum advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Full payment must be cleared at least 7 days prior to the journey date. Any pending amount after the due date may lead to cancellation of the booking services.
Hotel bookings, flight/train tickets, and transport services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Any increase in airfare, hotel charges, transport cost, or government taxes will be payable by the guest.
Payments can be made through Bank Transfer, UPI, Online Transfer, or Cash Deposit.
Guests are requested to share the payment receipt or transaction details after every payment.
Failure to make payments on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
No booking will be considered confirmed until the required advance payment is received.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the company cancellation policy.
During peak season, long weekends, festive periods, and holidays, 100% advance payment may be required for confirmation.
Any special request such as early check-in, late check-out, meal preference, room preference, decoration, or additional services will be subject to availability and must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the travel date.
Hotel Check-in & Check-out
Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
Rohtang Pass & Snow Point Visit
Visit to Rohtang Pass is subject to permission issued by the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation and local administration. In case permits are not available due to weather conditions, NGT rules, or government restrictions, alternate sightseeing will be provided.
Volvo & Transport Policy
Volvo seats are subject to availability at the time of booking. Bus timings may vary depending on weather, road conditions, and operational circumstances in hilly areas.
Weather & Natural Conditions
During heavy snowfall, landslides, road blockage, or adverse weather conditions, some sightseeing points may remain closed as per government safety guidelines. No refund will be applicable for such unavoidable circumstances.
Adventure Activities
Adventure activities such as paragliding, skiing, ATV rides, zipline, and ropeway rides are operated by local vendors and are not included unless specifically mentioned. Guests are advised to follow all safety instructions issued by local authorities.
Vehicle Usage Policy
Private vehicles provided for sightseeing are strictly as per itinerary points only. Extra usage, additional sightseeing, or extended hours will be chargeable directly to the guest.
Identity Proof Requirement
All guests must carry valid government-approved photo identification such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License during travel and hotel check-in as per government regulations.
Child Policy
Child without bed policy will apply as per hotel norms. Extra mattress/bed charges will be applicable where required.
Cancellation Due to Government Restrictions
Any cancellation or itinerary modification due to state government regulations, natural calamities, strikes, road closure, or pandemic-related advisories will be handled as per hotel and transport provider policies.
Liability Clause
The company shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, theft, or damage caused due to natural calamities, weather conditions, road blockage, political disturbances, or circumstances beyond operational control.
Meal Plan Policy
MAPAI meal plan includes breakfast and dinner only. Meals other than mentioned inclusions will be chargeable extra.
Booking Confirmation
Package booking will be confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and subject to availability of hotel rooms and transport services.
