• To confirm the booking, a 50% Token Amount of the total package cost is required at the time of reservation.
• The remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared 21 days prior to the travel date.
• All bookings and services are subject to confirmation only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Failure to complete the balance payment within the given timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice
Any amendments or changes in booking details must be informed at least 24 Hours prior to the travel date. Requests received after this period may not be accepted. All arrangements, modifications, and special requests shall be strictly subject to availability and supplier confirmation.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from hotels, airlines, and local authorities in Singapore.
• Passengers must carry a passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel along with confirmed return tickets and valid visa approvals.
• Entry into Singapore is subject to approval by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore. The company shall not be held responsible for visa rejection or denial of entry by immigration authorities.
• Guests are required to comply with all local laws, customs, tourism rules, and public regulations applicable in Singapore during the tour.
• Hotel standard check-in time is generally after 03:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM, subject to hotel policy. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• SIC (Seat-In-Coach) tours and transfers operate on fixed schedules. Guests must report at the designated pickup point on time. Missed transfers or sightseeing due to delay from the guest side will be treated as a no-show without refund.
• Certain attractions, rides, or sightseeing activities may be closed or modified without prior notice due to maintenance, government advisories, operational reasons, or weather conditions. No refund shall be applicable for the same.
• Rates are calculated based on current taxes, entrance fees, and currency exchange rates. Any increase imposed by the Singapore Government or service providers before departure shall be payable additionally by the guest.
• Consumption or carrying of prohibited items, controlled substances, or restricted goods in Singapore is strictly prohibited as per Singapore law. Any penalties, fines, or legal consequences shall be solely borne by the traveler.
• The company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by natural calamities, airline disruptions, pandemics, political conditions, immigration issues, or any circumstances beyond operational control.
• No refund will be provided for any unused services, missed meals, missed sightseeing, or voluntary changes made by the guest after commencement of the tour.
• Guests shall be responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, transfer vehicles, or attraction premises during the stay, and charges must be settled directly by the guest.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended for all passengers to cover medical emergencies, baggage loss, flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances during travel.
Important Notes
• Flight tickets, attraction tickets, transfers, sightseeing, and other ground services once issued/confirmed may be completely non-refundable as per supplier policies.
• No refund will be applicable for unused services, missed sightseeing, late arrivals, or early departures during the tour.
• Refund processing time, if applicable, shall depend upon airline, hotel, and supplier policies.
