Hongkong & Macau Tour Package

• A minimum advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking confirmation.

• Flight tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, cruise bookings, and any non-refundable services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance amount must be cleared at least 21 days prior to the departure date.

• For peak season bookings, festive dates, or special events, full payment may be required in advance as per airline and hotel policies.

• All payments should be made through approved banking channels, UPI, net banking, or cheque in favor of the company.

• Package confirmation is subject to receipt of payment and availability of hotels, flights, and other services at the time of booking.

• In case of non-payment within the given timeline, the company reserves the right to release the booking without prior notice.

• Any increase in airfare, hotel charges, currency fluctuation, taxes, or government levies after booking confirmation will be borne by the guest.

• GST, TCS, and other applicable government taxes will be charged extra as per prevailing Indian government rules.

• Payments once made are subject to cancellation charges as per airline, hotel, visa, cruise, and local supplier policies.

• Refund timelines may vary depending upon airlines, hotels, embassies, and international suppliers.

• Guests are advised to keep proof of all payment receipts and transaction details for future reference.

• By making the payment, the guest accepts all booking terms, cancellation policies, and travel conditions of the company.
